Donation Pickup & Delivery Services

While our donation pickups aren’t free, we do our best to keep them affordable. LoadUp charges a flat fee to cover the costs of pickup, labor, and transportation. This helps our local Loaders safely haul your items and deliver them to nearby charities whenever possible. As a nationwide service, we support independent haulers who hustle to give your items a second life and help their communities thrive.

We aim to donate as much as possible. If your items are in good, usable condition and in demand locally, we’ll do our best to deliver them to nearby charities. That includes furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, home decor, clothing, and more. If donation isn’t an option, we’ll go with the next best solution like recycling or responsible disposal to help reduce waste and avoid landfills whenever we can.

You don’t have to lift a finger, unless you want to save $5. No need to drag anything to the curb. When you schedule a donation pickup with LoadUp, you can choose in-home pickup and our team will handle all the heavy lifting — from wherever your items are located. Prefer to skip the appointment? Choose our curbside pickup option, leave your items outside, and get a $5 discount for making it even easier for us to swing by while you go about your day.

LoadUp does not directly provide donation receipts. However, you have the option to request a donation receipt directly from your Loader when applicable and sent a copy of your receipt after successful donation. Since donation is contingent upon location and the condition of your items, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be accepted.
